EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
1 year of industry, related costumer service
SKILLS:
-English proficiency
-Computer literance, related Microsoft Windows 2000
-Ability to utilize any tools given to perform job duties and responsibilities (i.e. computer, telephone system, etc.).
-Excellent costumer service, communication, and relationship building skills.
-Active listening and attention to detail.
-Ability to empathize with costumers.
-Ability to write correspondence.
-Must be able to interact effectively with all employees.
